With our project now complete, I am pleased to say that Wix exceeded our expectations. I am particularly impressed by the support we received from Anna. I am very satisfied with the redesign of my Wix website. Racel at Wix Media was able to deliver on time a fully functional site that I am proud of. She was very patient with me and the turn around time was always fast - the only hold up was me sometimes! I could never have created such an attractive and functional site on my own. I'm incredibly grateful to Raven, the professional who worked diligently with me to build my website. Raven is knowledgeable about what she does, and she returned all my calls promptly when I needed to speak to her. Raven has also agreed to give me a tutorial to help manage my website until I can afford to hire someone. I highly recommend Raven to anyone with a big or tiny new or existing business needing a qualified professional to build a website.

My WIX site is an unconventional, data-heavy, non-commercial site that will have little viewer traffic. It is not a sales site, so I didn’t think it needed to look especially good. It was just going to be a data resource. I didn’t give Anna much direction in how I wanted it to look. I was more concerned about site performance. Fortunately for me, her team delivered on both. The site looks professional beyond what I could have possibly envisioned and it performs exactly as is needed.
Since the initial project, Anna has helped me triple the data on my site, and helped me shift my original site focus from photography to now include histories and stories. I am working on my part of the fourth and final Phase, with a planned start date for the site work in April.
In addition, they have helped me create a second web site to manage records for a small, 1,000 gravesite, rural cemetery in Texas. The data work is completed for that project, with only a mapping piece remaining to be completed in April.
The most important thing to know about Anna and her team is they have allowed me to develop, grow, and modify my ideas. The site(s) they have constructed are much better and more comprehensive than what I had hoped for when starting this journey a few months ago. Their work is reasonably priced and Anna is backed by a competent team.
