Unfortunately our cooperation was poor. We initially agreed on a design correction for one amount, but then Axl offered to do SEO and social media for me if I paid in advance and the amount was twice as much. As a result, after I paid him, he did not respond to my messages ( I had to call to get some info during the weeks of silence) neither answered my questions, did not give me specific deadlines for the completion of work and was very rude. Moreover, he did not do the promised work and I did not receive material for social media. I consider what he did as a steal of my time and money, as well as a total disrespect to me as a client. I would never agree to cooparate with him again. He was super nice in the beginning before I paid....scammer...

I would like to address your concerns regarding the website redesign project. I want to emphasize that I took great pleasure in assisting you with this endeavor and going above and beyond my usual skill set to create a video presentation for both versions. I made sure to get you a 50% off on my prices for you to be able to get the site redesigned and at some point accepting to do it for a lower budget just to assist you.
While basic SEO services were included in the package, it is important to note that advanced SEO is a separate and specialized service that incurs additional charges. I had clearly communicated this distinction to you on two separate occasions. Similarly, I explained that social media design encompasses aspects such as profile picture, cover photo, and other necessary steps to enhance your social media presence. However, social media management, including creating social media posts, falls under a different service category altogether, which carries a significantly higher price tag.
It is regrettable that you expected advanced SEO and social media management services to be provided to you at no extra cost. Such expectations are not aligned with industry standards and the level of expertise required for these services.
I find it disheartening that you have resorted to leaving a one-star review, particularly considering that the same level of service and presentation was extended to all my other clients, including free basic SEO—an offering that is typically chargeable. Every project presents an opportunity to learn and grow, and I assure you that I have taken valuable lessons from this experience.
