KH&W team very impressed with Jill's capacity to synthesize disparate views & needs of a team/organization and provide guidance to move our website forward. Two of our team have worked with Jill individually and most satisfactorily, but an organization website is another kind of challenge. Jill was consistently present with updates on her own schedule and patient and forbearing with our complex schedules on the team side. We profited from Jill's experience as to the small details and as to structuring the overall project. For the time spent and the regular access for changes, the price is also right. Our thoughts and comments were always welcomed. Where we couldn't find good solutions, Jill never pushed or rushed us, but provided insights for approaching a satisfying consensus.
