I created my own website but needed help with some of the "behind the scenes" things. I reached out to Technowix, not knowing what to expect. They were exactly what I needed. They helped me "fix" some things, allowed me to do what I wanted to do and were happy to do what I needed them to do. Easy and responsive communication, quick to act, and fair price. What's not to love??...

Annie helped me rebuild my website and fix a couple issues. She had great communication, was always prompt about getting back to me, and had great advice on how to achieve the functions on my site. I would absolutely recommend her! She reminded me when there was discount available for upgrading my site that was a short window discount. It showed she really cared about me. I hired them because they were Wix partners and that they should know best how to do something in Wix. They told me they could do it and then could not. I had to fight to get at least half my money back. I would not do business with them again....

There was kind of a weird thing where they mostly contacted me at night or late in the day. I was never sure when they were open or working. It seemed the most we could manage is one email exchange a day, so it took a little while. However, that being said, they did a very good job doing what I asked and made sure I was happy with the results, as well as having a zoom meeting with me to show me how to replicate the results on new listings. Also welcomed me to continue to email them if I ran into any problems. . Overall I am pretty happy...

Do not use this company! The first person who called me was courteous, friendly, professional and reassured me that I would be receiving a professional, structured, quick and clear service. I was told that after making payment I would be offered a consultation to discuss in more detail what I expected but that his estimation was maximum one week's work. I was also reassured that the work would be done on a beta site and not my website, to minimise disruption. Instead, I got the exact opposite. 2 months later this nightmare is still continuing.
I was never offered a consultation, the team just proceeded to screw with my website and block me access. The communication has been frustratingly unprofessional, avoidant, vague, inconsistent, incoherent, inaccurate and absent.
Every single time I have been told something will happen "today or tomorrow at the latest" or "within the hour" it didn't happen even after weeks. Chasing them up is like chasing ghosts. I am past the point of hoping for any level of professionalism or actual completion of the work.
I feel that Wix deceived me into being robbed by this fraudulent and incompetent company. If this were the only company in the world left, I would not use them again. The single worst customer service experience I've encountered. Almost as bad as Wix....
