I submitted my first two requests to update my logo and contact information on my website and receive a request for me to modify permissions on Zoek's system to access the files I uploaded. I sent the files again via my OneDrive, no response. Weeks passed and escalated just to get an ETA on when the work might be completed, crickets. Requested for my contract to not auto-renew, not cancel, just not auto-renew. Received multiple follow up emails asking why I want to cancel. I do not recommend....
