Designed and developed a visually compelling, accessible website with a strong focus on inclusivity and empathy. 2. Streamlined the site to reflect Supporting Hub Care’s mission: empowering independence through individualized NDIS support plans. 3. Enhanced user experience through intuitive navigation, clear page hierarchy (Home, About, Services, FAQs, Contact), and thoughtful layout of content and imagery. Key Features: 1. Responsive design optimized for seamless viewing across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. 2. Empathy-driven aesthetics, leveraging clean typography, soft color palettes, and supportive imagery to evoke a welcoming, caring atmosphere. 3. Content clarity and readability, ensuring key messages such as the ethos of co-designed care, holistic empowerment, and evidence-based support are prominently and clearly communicated. 4. Accessible call-to-actions, including "Make a Referral" and "Contact Our Team," positioned to guide visitors toward engagement and support.
