In about three weeks I went from knowing nothing about website building to publishing my site on Wix having built it myself. It was a great learning process, but time consuming and frustrating. When I checked the site on mobile I was sorely disappointed that it didn't translate well at all. It had to be done, but I was worn out from having just created my main site. So, I reached out to Wix professionals and decided to pay to have it done as quickly as possible. Three people were recommended and sent a message to all. Bitsy got back to me immediately personally. The others didn't. Automated replies and scheduling appointments days later didn't appeal to me. I hired Bitsy and in about a day had my website looking perfect for mobile users. Communication throughout was personal and quick. I'll hire her without a doubt when and if I need more web design. Can't recommend highly enough.
