Ask each client for the exact documents you need — photo ID, proof of address, a signed agreement — and watch them arrive against a checklist with that client’s name on it. You always know who has sent what, who has sent nothing, and what is still outstanding. Every document goes straight into your own site’s storage, private, in a folder named for that client. Not one byte passes through this app. So there is no cap on requests, no cap on documents, no cap on files and no ceiling on how large a file may be — nothing of ours to run out of, and nothing of ours to lose. Everything else in this corner charges for room: ten megabytes, then a hundred; three uploads a month; twenty a week. Here, receiving a document is free for ever, on every plan, including a lapsed one. A subscription that ends will never be the reason a client’s file does not arrive. Due dates, overdue marking, a passcode on any link, every arrangement, every design control and every word on the page are free as well. There is no badge and no watermark on any plan, ever. It never sends an email, never takes a payment, never asks your client to make an account, and never keeps a copy.
