Every store gets orders it cannot fill: the $6 order that costs $9 to ship, the cart headed to a country you do not serve, or the reseller clearing out a limited drop. Order Rules is designed to catch these situations in the cart and at checkout, before they turn into refunds, wasted shipping labels, and support emails. You can create rules for minimum and maximum order amounts, shipping restrictions by country, state, city, or postal code, PO box detection, quantity limits per product or SKU, members-only checkout, coupon reminders, total-weight limits, and SKU-pattern restrictions. Each rule combines the conditions you choose with a message written in your own words, and it can either warn the shopper or block checkout until the cart meets your requirements. Rules apply on both the cart and checkout pages, helping shoppers notice issues early in their journey. Evaluation happens on our servers, so nothing is added to your site code. The free plan includes one active rule, and the Pro plan offers unlimited rules. Order Rules is made by Franky Builds, a software studio based in Texas.
