Auto Locatio runs a car rental business on top of your own site. Each unit of the fleet is a bookable resource with plate, daily rate, mileage, fuel, seats, branch and insurance dates, and its status tells you at a glance whether it is available, rented or in maintenance. A rental starts with the customer from your contacts, the dates, the unit chosen from the ones really available, the rate, protection and deposit. The contract is generated from your own template with the exit mileage and fuel, and the reservation is written to your bookings calendar so the unit cannot be double-booked. Deposits and balances are collected as orders in your store. The availability timeline shows every unit by day with color-coded bookings and maintenance; the dashboard lists today's pick-ups and returns with one-tap deliver and receive actions. At check-in the app calculates extra kilometers, extra days and fuel, suggests the charges, settles the deposit and decides the next state of the unit. A unit that comes back with damage opens a maintenance order. Auto Locatio installs the free Atlas engine, which keeps your data in your own site. Interface in Spanish.
