Stay Direct gives cabins, apartments and holiday rentals their own booking calendar on your site, so guests can book and pay you directly, with no commission on bookings. Guests choose their dates on an availability calendar, pick the number of guests and see the price before they pay: the nights, any extra guest fees, a long-stay discount and the cleaning fee. They pay through your site's own checkout, either the full amount or a deposit you choose, with the rest due later. The nights are held for 30 minutes while the guest pays, so no one else can take them meanwhile. You set a nightly price, a weekend price if you like, seasons with their own prices and minimum stays, the shortest and longest stay, how much notice you need, how far ahead guests can book and which days they can arrive. Calendar sync keeps your other booking channels in step. Stay Direct imports their calendar (iCal) links about every 15 minutes and blocks those nights, and gives you a link with your direct bookings for them to import. Online payments need a Premium plan that accepts payments and a connected payment provider. The Free plan covers one property; paid plans add more.
