Ryviu Questions lets shoppers ask questions about a product and read answers right on the product page, so they can buy with confidence and you only answer each question once. Add the Questions & Answers widget to your product page in the Editor, then manage every question from one dashboard: reply as the store owner, search and filter questions, and add sample questions to preview the look. Shoppers can search, sort and vote on helpful answers. Build a store-wide help section with the FAQ widget, organized into categories, so common questions about shipping, returns and sizing are easy to find. Customize colors and texts from the Widgets tab with a live preview. Bring existing questions in with CSV import and export them whenever you need. Optional email notifications tell you when a new question arrives and tell shoppers when their question is answered. The Free plan includes up to 10 questions per product, and Pro adds the FAQ widget, CSV import and export, and email notifications.
