予約フォームをもっと詳しく設定したいお客様に記入していただきたい事など詳細な設定ができない。チェックボックスやラジオボタン、記入欄など増やしたい。
プレースホルダーの内容変更やエクストラ（オプション）のタイトル変更なども実装してほしい。
