Hazelchat adds a chat to your site that answers questions in visitors' own words, using only the pages, documents and written answers you approve, and shows the source under every answer. When a question needs a person, visitors can reach you or leave an enquiry for you. You stay in control of what goes live. Choose your content, try questions, adjust the chat's look and publish a version when you are ready; nothing reaches visitors before that. Connect your site from the app's dashboard page and add the chat with one click, without editing code. The chat respects your site's cookie consent settings. Answers are written by an AI model from the content you approved. If the AI service is unavailable, the chat shows the matching passages from your content instead. The dashboard, guide and support are in English. The chat appears on sites with a Premium plan.
