Sherwin was extremely helpful in resolving a mapping problemI had a mapping problem that was prohibiting one product in our store from syncing from Wix to QB. Sherwin was able to resolve the issure quickly.

Sales receipts not imported to QB if reference # duplicated in QBThis issue has not been resolved fully yet, the development team is working on it. But Francis was very helpful in tracking down the problem and together we figured out a temporary work-around.
