Our integration seamlessly connects your store with ShipBob. Then, you'll sync your product catalog with one click, set a schedule for order import, and send your inventory to one of our 10+ fulfillment centers across the US, Canada, and the EU. When orders are shipped, we'll send the tracking information back to your store and complete the order. Pricing is transparent, and depends on shipping speed (e.g. standard ground, 2-day, or overnight), weight of the package, and distance traveled. Terrible service. Chose ShipBOB for WMS with Wix but faced poor communication. Salesperson seemed unprepared, repeatedly asking previously answered questions. A scheduled call was missed; the excuse was unconvincing. Later told our order count was...
