As an order is placed, the app estimates the parcel weight and size, requests a live price, applies your pricing rules, and presents a rate before payment. Getting started involves connecting a free Australia Post API key and confirming the connection is working. A guide in the app covers the one setup step done in your Shipping & Fulfillment settings, since that part sits outside what the app can configure on its own. If Australia Post is temporarily unreachable, or the connection isn't fully set up, checkout uses a flat rate you have defined instead, so a shopper is less likely to be left without a shipping option.
